Rochester: Went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 7, 2013, at age 60, surrounded by her loving family & friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Emma Jean Carlisle and Herbert Jr. Ray; brother, Willie C. Bailey; sisters, Mary Courtier, Alice Norris & Bertha Norris. She is survived by her son, Rahchae K. (Sherie) Hill; daughters, Melba J. Hill Sidahmed, Dorothy L. Hill (Terry L. Moore); grandchildren, LaToya S. Canty, Tierra L. Moore, Jada S. Moore; a host of siblings; and nephew, Craig D. Bailey.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 13th from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Betty's Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11 AM at Jubilee Family Worship Center, 2090 South Clinton Ave. Interment, Riverside Cemetery.
