Passed away too soon on September 29th, 2026 at the age of 36.

Predeceased by her Grandparents Richard and Barbara Greeley, Ron and Grace Lay

She is survived by her Daughters; Arielle Homer and Hailie Mayhew; Father, Scott (Kym Logan) Greeley; Mother, Stacey Greeley; Sister, Jessica Greeley; Nephew, Logan Greeley; Niece, Madalynn Greeley; Brother, Nicolas Greeley; Cousin, Shelby (Henri Bennettlepel) Morby; Aunt and Uncle, Dawn and Mark Lodato; Uncle, Wade (Sandy Agostinelli) Greeley; Uncle and Aunt Ron and Kim Lay; many cousins.

Breanna was a beautiful, free spirit with a wild heart who viewed the world through a lens of independence. She was a force and spent her life chasing horizons and living entirely on her own terms. She loved the outdoors and music, finding joy in her daughters, dogs, sun flowers, butterflies and a good hoodie. We honor the vibrant energy she brought into the world and pray she has found ultimate peace on her final journey.

A celebration of life will be held at the Irondequoit Fish and Game Club, 658 Bayfront South Lane, Rochester NY ,14609 on November 20th, at 3 PM. Please contact Shelby Morby @ 315-576-7274 by November 5th to attend.
