Predeceased by her husband, John Kaiser; and parents, Winifred and Charles R. Cook, Sr.
She is survived by her daughter, Tracey K. Giudice and son, Clark (Teresa) Kaiser; brother, Charles Cook; grandchildren, Joseph (Shannon) Rodrigues, Cody Rodrigues, Angela (Ralph) Missell, Frank Giudice, Samantha Kaiser, Evan Anderson, and Elena Anderson; great-grandchildren, Joseph, Kayden, Adalynn, and River; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
