Rochester - Passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 57.
Predeceased by his parents, Carl II & Elizabeth McMillen.
He is survived by his wonderful wife, Michelle; daughter, Eiren Childress; grandchildren, McKinzie & Jacob Childress; siblings, Marcie (Chris) Callahan, Nora (Paul) Keenan, & Jeremy; nieces, Shea, Tori, Vivian, & Evelyn; nephews, Kieran & Sean; many cousins, close friends, & relatives.
Carl served 22 years in the military, 8 of which were with the New York Army National Guard. He received various medals and honors, including a Purple Heart. He was honorably discharged from service November 24, 1998.
Family will receive friends 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Friday, January 7, 2022 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard, where his Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 pm. The burial will take place in the spring at Western New York National Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to: National Multiple Sclerosis Society OR Veterans Administration.
