Rochester: September 24, 2014 at the age of 94.
Predeceased by his daughter, Kathie L. Gibson; brother, Liborio (Teresa), Charles (Lena), Samuel, Joseph (Mary), Michael (Theda); sister, Theresa (Michael) Pastorelli; brother-in-law, William Lippa and mother of his children Luella Messineo Dunn.
He is survived by his son, Gary (Theresa) Messineo; granddaughter, Savannah Gibson; son-in-law, Leon Gibson; sisters, Sarah (Steve) Sciortino and Jean Lippa.
Life partner, Josephine Pucci and her children, Darlene (Mark) Sambuchi, Gary Pucci; her grandchildren, Carl, Christopher, Miranda and Grace; several nieces and nephews.
Carl was a proud US Army Veteran.
Family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave.
His Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 10:30AM at St. Ann's Chapel at St. Ann's Community, 1500 Portland Ave., Rochester, NY 14621.
Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
The family would like to thank St. Ann's Community and Lifetime Care Hospice.
Donations may be made in his name to St. Ann's Community.
