Rochester: Passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family Monday, November 4, 2013 at age 56. She was predeceased by her mother, Amelia; brother, Miguel; sister, Maria. She is survived by her close friend of 23 years, Andre K. Budd; son, Andre M. Budd; sisters, Milta, Millie, Margie, Hellen; brother, Jose; mother-in-law, Dorrie; sister-in-law, Desiree and several nieces and nephews. Carmen was a Pioneer for Disability Rights and a Crusading Angel for Humanity.
The family will receive friends Thursday, November 7th from 6-9PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where Services will be held during calling hours at 7:30. Interment Private. Contributions in Carmen's name may be directed to The Center for Disability Rights, 497 State St., Rochester, NY 14608.
