ROCHESTER- Celia P. Powell, 96, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
Celia was born in New Jersey to the late John and Mary Tritak on June 7, 1924.
She is predeceased by her husband, Charles G. Powell Sr., and her son, John H. Powell.
She is survived by her children, Charles G. Powell Jr., Marlene A. Powell, and Pauline J. (Tom) Gardner, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
