Predeceased by her Sons, Jose' Troche, William Nunez. Sister, Margarita Maldonado.
Survived by her son, Ulises Troche. Daughters, Lillian Nunez, Rosemary Nunez. 9 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
Several nieces and nephews, dear friends.
Celia was a hard working wonderful mother. She was very feisty, and the matriarch of the family.
She was very well known in the Spanish community in Rochester. She owned Rancho 7 Bar located Clifford and Miller St.
Celia reopened another bar in PR called El bambu' al. She met her husband Andrew in Puerto Rico many years ago, they were together for 25 years. She will be sadly missed by all that knew her.
Friends may call 4-7 pm Friday, November 22, 2019 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. (corner of Culver Rd.) Funeral services will be held at 7 pm following visitation in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to The American Heart Association, 25 Circle St, Rochester, NY 14607
