Predeceased by his parents, Donald E. Casbeer and Doris Gleason Casbeer, sisters Sally J. Casbeer, Dororthy Krise and brother Lowell B. Casbeer.
Charles is survived by his wife Edith A. Casbeer, his sons Michael (Susan) Casbeer of Mexico N.Y. ,Charles (Kellie) Casbeer of Virginia Beach VA, daughters Mary Reed (Michael Williams) of Lawrenceville, PA and Sara (Frank) Selvaggio of Jacksonville, FL.
Grandchildren Brandi Ackerberg, Brett Casbeer, Brandon Reed, Brock Reed, Gregory Casbeer, Emily Casbeer, Peyton Selvaggio, Savannah Selvaggio.
Great Grandchildren, Madelyn Ackerberg, and Mason Casbeer.
Brothers Robert (Daisy) Casbeer of Slidell, LA.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday September 30th, 2012 at the First Bible Baptist Church, 990 Manitou Road, Hilton, NY 14468
Interment Bath National Cemetery, Bath NY
Contribution may be made in Charles name to Strong Memorial Hospital
