He is predeceased by his wife Rose.
Charlie is survived by his sons Charles and Bill Harshbarger.
His military honors will be held Friday at 2pm at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford NY.
Family will gather at main gate prior to his service.
