May 16, 2011 at age 51. Predeceased by his mother, Audrey Post. He is survived by his son, Christopher Charles Post; daughter, Nicholle Marie Post; grandchildren, Aaiden and Grant Smith; father, Robert Post; sister, Elena (Philip) Lombardo; brother, Gregory A. (Michelle) Post; niece and nephew, Madeline and Paul Lombardo; cousins and friends. Chuck was a member of The IBEW Local 86.
Family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 PM Thursday at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. A Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 AM Friday at Peace of Christ Parish St. James Church, 130 Brett Rd. (Irondequoit). Donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Upstate, NY, 15 Prince St., Rochester, NY 14607.
