Charles Frederick Shaw Sr.

January 10, 1935 — January 1, 2019

GREECE - Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at age 83. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 20 years, Karen; son, Charles (Beverly) Shaw Jr.; daughter, Donna (David) Lacey; step-sons, Brian and Christopher (Michele) Shevlin; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Charles was a United States Navy Veteran who served his country during the Korean Conflict and retired after 26 years of service. He was also a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company after 27 years. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post #4658.

Family will receive friends Monday, January 7th from 4-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 11AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Avenue. Memorial contributions may be directed the Alzheimer's Association.
