He is survived by his loving partner of 22 years, Sandra Vatter; daughter, Lisa Gardner and her mother, Diana Gardner; granddaughter, Seana Donaldson; sisters and brother, Paulette Walsh, Tonya Wert, Marie Daugherty and Wayne Gardner; several nieces and nephews.
