Christopher J. Scottow

Christopher J. Scottow passed away on October 25, 2026, at Strong Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 22, 1964, in Medina, New York.

Christopher led a long hard-working life marked by dedication and steady service. He spent 29 years with Flower City Printing, and was currently working as a bus driver for RTS, Rochester. His commitment to his work reflected his sense responsibility and perseverance.

He is survived by his mother, Alelia DioGuardi; his son, Kameron Scottow & Kameron’s mother, Barbara Scottow; brother James (Lisa) Scottow; niece Grace Scottow; nephew, Ryan Scottow. He was preceded in death by his father James Scottow, in 2023 and by his step-father, Joseph DioGuardi.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on November 12, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, Westside, 2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, New York 14626. A memorial service will follow there from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Christopher will be remembered with love by those who knew him and by the family who carry his memory forward.
