Rochester: Passed away Saturday October 18, 2008 at age 87. He is survived by 7 sons, Chiang Yuen Ken, Chiang Yuen Kow, Chiang Yuen Yan, Chiang Yuen Man, Chiang Yuen Tat, Chiang Yuen Tai, Chiang Yuen Tung; granddaughter, Cynthia Chiang. Mr. Chiang was a previous owner of Chu's Kitchen.
The family will receive friends Thursday October 23, from 10 am to noon at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
