Clara "Chicky" Rivera

Passed away on May 7, 2025 at the age of 61.

Predeceased by her husband, Hipolito Rivera; parents, Patrick and Joan Diamond.

She is survived by her children, Kimberly Diamond, Christopher (Adri Anne) Diamond, Sarah Marie (Thomas Lugo) Diamond, Jennifer Rivera, Melinda (Ignacio Rodriguez) Diamond, Christina Rivera; grandchildren, Elysia Ramos, Tatiana Martinez, Carmelys Diamond, Zorian Lugo, Gabriel Ramos, Aryella Rodriguez, Xavier Diamond, Alyza Rodriguez; siblings, Thomas Diamond, Marge Aldaco, Patrick Diamond, Martin Diamond, Richard Diamond, Mary Diaz; many nieces and nephews.

Clara was a such a beautiful angel, she was a fighter, a loving and caring mother, a grandmother, a sister, an aunt, and a friend. She would do anything for anyone and give anything to anyone even if she didn't have to give. She enjoyed cooking and hosting friends and family. Chicky will always be remembered as the life of the party, her beautiful spirit and soul knew how to light up any room she walked in.  Chicky struggled with health issues over these past years. She stayed strong and put up a fight with a smile on her face every day! Her life, energy and spirit will deeply be missed. God truly gained a Beautiful angel when she left us...It's not a Goodbye mom! It's see you later sunshine. 

Family will receive friends Friday, May 23rd 4-6PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard. Chicky's Funeral Service will immediately follow at 6PM.
