Predeceased by his, parents, William and Cora Brown.

He is survived by his spouse, of 64 years Barbara Jean Brown, Son, Clarence Brown Jr., daughters, Evelyn Brown, Sonya Marie Brown, and Valerie Reese, many grandchildren, great grandchildren many nieces, nephews and cousins.
