Rochester: Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at age 91. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Brucato; sons, Sonny and Terry. She is survived by her sons, Larry (Susan), Gary and Peter Judkins; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Connie's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, July 19th at 10AM at St. Lawrence Church, 1000 N. Greece Rd. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. o share a special memory please visit:
