Passed away peacefully on September 23, 2018 at the age of 59. Predeceased by parents Edward and Eleanor Daniels; granddaughter, Briana O'Neill. She is survived by her children, Brandi Addley, Kari O'Neill, Michael Axon and Kali Hart; grandchildren, David, Jasmine, Da'Zaria, Jacklynn, Janessa and Abel; mom, Karen Daniels; sister, Kristin Gordon. Family will receive friends from 1PM - 3PM followed by a service at 3PM on Saturday September 29th 2018, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
