Predeceased by her sister, Virginia Gage and brother, Bruce Thibault.
Connie is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harold T. Carter; and 2 daughters, Cindy (Wade) Dalton of Hemlock and Alison (Robert) St.James of Chili.
Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews. Private service at a later date.
