Survived by mother, Melanie DeWolf; brothers, Kevin Jackson & Brandon DeWolf; maternal grandmother, Debra Gaelens, maternal grandfather, Jacob DeWolf, paternal grandmother, Caroline Wells; great grandfather, Joseph A. Jarvis; step grandmother, Josie Jackson, godparents, Cheryl Larabee & Roger Williams; several aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends & BFF, Ca'sara.
