Passed away on December 4th, 2018 at the age of 63. Predeceased by his parents, Marj and Dick Cook. He is survived by his siblings, Bruce, Cathy, Teresa, Elaine, Cheri (Dave) Bleyer, Brian (Jan) Cook; along with many nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles and cousins. Family will receive friends from 3PM - 6PM followed by a service at 6PM on Monday December 10th, 2018 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd Rochester NY.
