Brockport - Passed away on August 15, 2019 at the age of 49.
She is survived by her husband, Mark; daughters, Nicole (Justyn) Hill & Rebecca; grandson, Bryce Hill; father, Richard (Debbie) D'Amico; mother, Darlene (Dean) Cole; brother, David (Heather) D'Amico; Papa Dominic D'Amico; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, & brothers-in-law.
Family will receive friends 2 - 5 PM Sunday, August 18, 2019 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Hildebrandt Hospice Care.
