Greece: Suddenly on Sunday August 7, 2016 at age 76. He was predeceased by his step-daughter, Penny O'Dea Washburn. He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Anne (O'Dea); children, Marcy (Norman) LaFerte, Christine Lash, Daniel Jr. (Cindy), Patrick Michael (Celeste) O'Dea, Wendy Anne O'Dea; grandchildren, Jessica, Earl, Carlee, Emily, David, Amanda, Sierra, Jordan, Shaun Michael, Ryan Patrick, Chelsea Elizabeth, Delaney Anne O'Dea.
Dan was a retiree of UPS Freight after 20 years of service, a member of St. Mary's Church and President of the Homeowners Assoc.
There will be no prior calling hours. Dan's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday August 12th at 2 PM at St. Mary's Church, 15 St. Mary's Place, Rochester, NY 14607. Inurnment at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in Dan's name to St. Mary's Church.
