Rochester: Passed away suddenly at the age of 58 on May 19, 2015.
He is predeceased by his parents, Carol & David Sr.
He is survived his partner of 20 years, Joann Schmitz; his children, Theresa (Rob) Facciponte, Samantha Weimer and Christopher (Amy) Weimer.
His 8 grandchildren, Joseph, Anthony, Landon, Christopher, Emily, Anthony, Akiyrah and Alayah; sister, Cynthia Syrowski; his nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
Per David's request there will be no calling hours or service.
