He is survived by his parents, Charles and Marilyn Culligan; siblings, Cheryl (Mark) Wink, Daniel Culligan, Eileen (David) Jahna, Amy (John) Ahl and Katherine Norman; nieces and nephews, Kevin (Jackie) D'Agostino, Angela D'Agostino, Melanie Norman and Jacob Norman; uncle, Robert Culligan.
Friends and family may call Tuesday, Dec. 9, 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where his Funeral Service will be held at 7 PM.
