David G. Groth

Groth, David G., died January 22, 2026, at age 86. David was the youngest son of the late Frederick and Viola Groth. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 56 years, Donna, and brothers Julius and Richard. He is survived by his daughters, Dawn (Roy) Pearl and Deanna (Francis) Abel; grandchildren, Brian, Elizabeth and Sean Pearl; brother Charles (Ann); several nieces and nephews; kind friends and caring neighbors; special friend, Susan Johnson; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Michael and Linda Horvat.David graduated from Charlotte High School in 1957 and worked for many years at Bastian Bros. Company in Rochester, NY. He and Donna enjoyed local festivals, flea markets, camping, and travel. At David's request, there will be no calling hours or services. Private interment at a later date. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice in his memory.
