Stamp, David Paul

Hamlin: April 19, 2014 at age 70. He is predeceased by his parents, Herbert and Mabel (Crouse) Stamp; brothers, Herbert, James, and Nelson; sisters; Martha Rounds, Sally Stone, Margaret, and Ruthie. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Mary (Winters) Stamp; son, Carlton and Jenn Winters; brothers, Burton (Joyce) Stamp of Medina, Lyman (Cathy) Stamp of Hamlin; sister-in-laws, Carol (Nelson) Stamp of Byron and Mary Ann (Jim) Stamp of OH; grandchildren, Brian, Albert, Trina Winters, Ashley Hunt, Jacqueline and Brianna Larson; several nieces and nephews and many beloved friends. David was a Vietnam Veteran with 2 tours of duty and 12 years in the Marine Corps including 2 Purple Hearts. He was a member of the Vietnam Chapter 20 of Rochester, NY and a member of Christ Chapel Wesleyan Church. He drove truck for Emerson Trucking.

Friends and family may call Saturday April 26th, 2014, 3-7 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. His Funeral Service will follow at 7 PM with the Rev. Roberta Davis, Officiating with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Vietnam Chapter 20.
