David T. Pressley

Passed away on August 9th, 2026 at the age of 79.

Predeceased by his Parents, Jane Pressley and David B. Pressley; Grandson, Amari L. Stenson- Pressley.

He is survived by his Daughter, Latoya Pressley; Sons, David T. Pressley, Jr., Richard Pressley, and William Pressley; Grandchildren, Kajana Harris, Kaden Harris, Kamyah Harris, Kaleb Harris, David T. Pressley II, William Pressley Jr., Kash'mere Pressley, Abeautiful Pressley, Amonti S. Stenson, Armon L. Stenson-Pressley, Amar D. Moore, Amoni A. Moore, and Azaria A. Moore many nieces, nephews and cousins.

My father was one hard working man and very hands on from a young teenager until the day he got sick. My father is well liked in all communities of different people. Everyone loved him either for his funny, quick sarcastic jokes, to the way he just knew the answer to what ever question you had. My father loved food, especially soul food to Spanish, plus he was a excellent cook himself. He was a excellent person and his driving skills are still unmatched, plus he built his own race cars from scratch from nothing to something. He tried his hardest to teach his children right from wrong. He was a great teacher had some patience not a lot but enough. To know him is to love him and if you didn’t know him I’m sorry u missed out on a real man. 

Family will receive friends Friday, August 28th, 2026 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Memorial Service will follow at 6:00PM.
