Predeceased by his wife, Mary Collier; infant daughter, Leanna Marie Collier; parents, Davie & Ruthie Rean; brothers, Robert Lee Lewis, Charlie Lewis & Nathaniel Wade; sister, Leedora Smith; brothers-in-law, Johnny Washington, Willie Neil, Tommie Gills, Phil Sims, Paul Dotson, & Jimmy Coopland.
He is survived by his children, Nicole Collier & Davie Lewis; grandchildren, Davieon, Nyasiah, & Laylani; siblings, Elder Charles (Fannie) Wade, Sister Dorthea Washington, Fanny Neil, Leola Gills, Lola Sims, Ruthie Rean Dotson, Jessie Lee Lewis, Booker T. Lewis, Leona Coopland, & Ethel; brother-in-law, Freddy Smith; sister-in-law, Leola Wade; many nieces, nephews, & cousins.
