Rochester: After a 7 year courageous battle with cancer, Debra completed her life on Friday, March 18, 2011 at the age of 54 and now lives forever in the hearts and memories of those who loved her. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Bill Lingg (Gobles, MI); and her father, Robert Fulmer. She is survived by her best friend and loving mother, Mildred Fulmer; her aunt, Darlene (Thomas) Peaslee; faithful companion, Murray; and many good friends.
Debra worked for the University of Rochester for 28 years, most recently as a Senior Accountant in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. In 2007, she won the HSEAS (Hajim School of Engineering and Applied Sciences) Employee of the Year Award. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, restaurants and the theater. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and techs on East 5 at Highland Hospital.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 26th at 3 PM at the U of R Interfaith Chapel (River Campus, Wilson Blvd.).
