He is predeceased by his parents Henry and Georgia, and brother Berton.
Dee is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Beverly Mowers.
His sons, Jeffrey (Laurie Bell), and Steven (Marti) Mowers.
His grandchildren, Amanda, Tiffany, Melanie, Austin, CoeDee, and Georgia.
Brothers, Verne (Nancy)Mowers of Bradenton FL and George (Patricia) Mowers of Sparks NV.
Several nieces, nephews & cousins.
Dee was a member of the Rochester Genesee Valley Rail Road Museum and an alumni of Spencerprt High School class of 1953.
