Dennis Harrison Sr .January 4, 1952 – October 5, 2025. Dennis Harrison Sr. passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025, in Rochester, NY surrounded by family. He was an amazing father, a loving husband, an adoring grandfather, a helpful friend, and a supportive mentor to many. His presence, guidance, and warm spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is predeceased by his parents, Anna and Richard Harrison Sr.; his son, Dennis Jr.; his daughter, Alicia; and his siblings, Michelle and Mark Harrison Sr. Dennis is survived by his wife of 29 years, Esa Harrison; his daughters, Ashley, Felicia, and Miriam; his grandchildren, whom he adored; his brother, Richard Harrison Jr.; his sister, Catherine Vincente; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He also leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories and a legacy of strength and love that will live on in his memory, through everyone who knew him. The family extends special thanks to friends and loved ones who offered overwhelming love, support, and comfort throughout his life and final days. A viewing will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at NewComer Funeral Home & Chapel, 2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626. A memorial service will follow at 5:00 PM. The repast will be held at a separate location, with details to be shared at the service.Flower arrangements are welcome and may be sent directly to the funeral home. In honor of Dennis’s favorite color, purple-themed arrangements are especially appreciated.
