Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on, August 11, 2024 at the age of 88.
Predeceased by her loving husband, David S. Patchin; father, Joseph Piasecki; mother, Salamia Ziarko; six siblings; two nieces and three nephews.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Skip) Schmeer and Barbara (James) Lampert; grandchildren, James (Sinead) Schmeer, Joshua (Lisa) Schmeer, Joseph (Michelle) Schmeer, Valerie (Arsenio Plaza Lopez) Lampert, Gregory Lampert; great-grandchildren, Fiona, Larkin and Sylvie; loving nieces and nephews.
Private interment at Riverside Cemetery, 2650 Lake Avenue.
