Survived by her Sons; Jeffrey and Ivan (Rhonda) Worthington. Daughter; Carmella Worthington.
Grandchildren; Steve, Whitney, Hope, Yavana, Ronel, Ivan, Khadijah, Devin and Tyler. Several great grandchildren. Sister; Lorie Henry. Many dear friends.
No prior calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring of 2021.
