Jr.
Passed peacefully Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at age 78. He was predeceased by his parents, Juanita and Donald B. Corwin, Sr.; and son, Daren M. Burkhard. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Joann (Regelsberger Corwin; and his special boys, Joe and Dean Burkhard; grandchildren, Alana, Mariah and Travis. Don was born in New York City. Later moved to Rome, NY. Then to Rochester, NY where he retired from Eastman Kodak Co. after 30 years of service. He served in the US Air Force and upon completion enrolled in school for his private pilot license. Accomplished his dream when he became the proud owner of his own plane.
The family will receive friends Sunday, May 31st from 1-4PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Graveside Services with full military honors will be held Monday, June 1st at 11AM at Grove Place Cemetery.
