Donald B. Lanio
Fairport: Jan 2, 2016 at age 87. Born August 19, 1928. Husband, father, uncle, brother, grandfather and friend to many who will be greatly missed.
Donald served in the Korean War in 1950 for two years. He worked at Eastman Kodak in the chemical dept. for 37 years.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Irene. Left to cherish his memory: his loving wife of 35 years, Jane (Polfleit) Lanio; his children, Michael and Than Lanio, Catherine and Jon Farber , Ann and Tim Thaney, Rob and Kathy Lanio; grandchildren Deena, Elizabeth, Nicole and James; his stepchildren and step grandchildren: Peter, Bonnie and Ayden Polfleit, Tim, Kathy, Stephanie, Bradley, Brianna and Jennifer Polfleit, Jim, Mary Jo, Jake and Joe Polfleit and Mark, Kelly, Katie and Hannah Polfleit.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Jan 8 at 1:00 PM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 6020 Pittsford-Palmyra Road, Fairport, NY 14450.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Perinton Volunteer Ambulance Corps, 1400 Turk Hill Rd, Fairport, NY 14450.
