Rochester: Passed away on Thursday, December 17th, 2015 at age 89. Predeceased by his wife, Marion; sister, Marjorie; brother, Kenneth. Survived by children, Carolyn (William) Keller, Elizabeth (Edward) Litts, Mark (Pattie) Sauer, Martin Sauer (Mary Beth Mannix), Linda (Patrick) Teora; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Don was a retiree of Eastman Kodak. He & Marion moved to Saranac Lake and made many close friends where he was known as the "Mayor of Brownville". Later they moved to Brockport, where as an avid Model Railroader, he was a member of Finger Lakes Live Steamers & Genesee 'G' Gauge Railway Society. Most recently Don resided at the Villages becoming reconnected with old friends in addition to making many new friends.
The family wishes to thank everyone at the Aurora House for their loving & compassionate hospice care given to Don during his final days.
