He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 10 years, Phyllis Camarata-Formoso-Freeman.
Phyllis's son, Anthony (Colleen) Formoso and precious grandson, Eric; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ann Marie and Robert Singleton; nephews, nieces; close cousins and dear friends.
Family will receive friends on Friday from 4-7 at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd.
His Memorial Mass will be held Saturday at 9:30 at St. Kateri Parish Christ the King Church, 445 Kings Highway S.
