Gates: February 14, 2014 at age 52. She is predeceased by her grandmother, Ruth Neuland and mother, Betty J. Cone. Survived by her loving husband, Richard L. Smith; father, Charles E. Cone; sons, Russell Volta Jr. and Shane Smith; daughter, Bridget Volta; sister, Debi Bailey; niece and nephew, Jacob and Emily Bailey; and many cousins, and her dear co-workers at Gates Town Court.
Friends and family may call Thursday, February 20, 2014, 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, 10 am at the Funeral Home. Interment, Grove Place Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Leo Center for Caring.
