Simpson, Dorothy Lutz
Spencerport: Darling, adorable Dorothy Lutz Simpson, 94, went home to be with the Lord in her sleep Friday morning, November 29th, 2013, after a stroke in July. She was loved by all who knew her.
She is predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Robert Carl Simpson; 2 daughters, Carolyn O'Connell and Jacquelyn Evenden (Christopher).
She is survived by three daughters, Betty (Arthur) Jensen, Janet Simpson, Marilyn (Erwin) Hipp; and son, Robert C. (Diane) Simpson of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, whom she dearly loved.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue from 1-3 and 5-7 PM on Monday, December 2nd and from 9-11 AM on Tuesday, December 3rd.
A Memorial Service will be held at Spencerport Bible Church, 1948 North Union Street on Tuesday, December 3rd at 1:00 PM.
Interment in Leicester Cemetery to be announced at her service.
