Rochester - Passed away surrounded by family on February 2, 2021 at the age of 79.
Predeceased by his parents, George & Mary.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Carole; children, Douglass, Janet (Darren) Turner,& Michael (Nancy); 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild & 1 on the way; sisters, Suzanne (John) Baronowski & Carol Ann (Charles) Burke.
Doug was a wonderful man who could always make you smile with his witty personality and was well liked by everyone. He was a dedicated truck driver for Roadway Express for 33 years.
Family will receive friends 4 - 8 PM Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. Doug's Entombment Service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave (meet at Lake Avenue Gate)
