Nanette Schneider-Dice, born June 21, 1920, has passed from this life into her heavenly home on July 16, 2011.
Born in Akron , Ohio, she spent most of her adult life in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She lived in St. John's Meadows in Rochester, New York for the past seven years.
Nanette is predeceased by her mother, Esther Slaybough Dice, her father, Jesse Peck Dice, her sisters, Dorothea Dice and Miriam (Henry) Tuchewicz, her brother, Robert (Ruth)Dice, and her former husband, Stanley Schneider.
Nanette leaves behind her sons Stanley A. (Jody) Schneider and William N. (Anna) Schneider and her daughter Jocelyn (Pat) Paas. She has ten grandchildren; Danielle (Tyrone) Warner, Aaron, Miriam and Dorothea Paas, Carolyn (Joshua) Martinez (married July 30, 2011), Kevin, Stephanie and David Schneider, Karis and Rachel Schneider. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews; Alina Bloomgaarden, Pasha (Steve) Ellis with their children Avery and Devin, Jo (Steve) Leonsky, Larry (Nancy) Schneider and their son, Joey. She also leaves her brother's four children.
Nanette had many special friends throughout her life. We acknowledge Dr. Sally Goldberg, her colleague and good friend from Grand Rapids and her two closest friends at St. John Meadows in Rochester, Earl Baldwin and Jane Koenen.
Nanette was a member of the American Psychiatric Society, the American Medical Association, the National wildlife Federation, and the World Wildlife Fund.
The Visitation for Nanette Schneider-Dice will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2011 from 10:00 to 12:00 noon at

Immediately after the visitation, family will proceed by motorcycle escort to White Haven Cemetery for the internment that will begin at 1:00 p.m.

The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. until approximately 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Browncroft Community Church with a reception after the funeral in fellowship hall. Pastor Rob Cattalani will officiate. The address is:
