Predeceased by his, daughter, Jacqueline M. Herbert, father, John Hoyer, mother, Arline (Creech) Hoyer.
He is survived by his spouse, Tracy L. Hoyer, son, Karl J. Herbert, daughter, Tiffany I. Case, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends - On Sunday August 17, From 4-6 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Graveside Service will be held 1:00 pm, August 18, 2025 at Riverside Cemetery, 2650 Lake Avenue.
