Predeceased by her wife, Connie Cramer; parents, John & Theresa.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Cramer; girlfriend, Tracy Moore; brothers, John (Cynthia) & James (Joyce); many nieces, nephews, cousins, & dear friends.
Family will receive friends 4 - 7 PM Friday, November 23, 2018 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where her Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 PM. Her Graveside Service will be held at 9:00 AM Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The CMT Research Foundation or to Lori Cramer.
