Rochester- Eleanor B. Decker, 88, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.
Eleanor was born in Rochester, NY on February 11, 1931 to the late Raymond and Marie Rossiter.
Predeceased by her husband, Richard P. Decker, son, James, and daughter, Ellen.
Survived by her children, Patricia Beard, Karen (Gary) Arva, Richard D. Decker, and Eric Decker, her grandsons, Michael, Peter (Katie), and Braden, and her great-grandchildren, Ruby, and Conrad.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
Those wishing to honor Eleanor's memory may make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105
