Gates: Passed peacefully into the arms of her Heavenly Father, September 8th, 2013 on her 89th birthday. Eleanor was a spirited person and will be remembered for the love of her family and animals. She is survived by her daughters, Edythe (Dave) Ellis, Noreen (Jerry) Morgante; grandchildren, George (Rob Casey) Flansburg, Ken (Becky) Flansburg, Kim (Jeff) Coletta, Jeff (Janai In) Morgante and Scott (Laurie) Morgante; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; brother, Walter Haase of CT; nieces & nephews; many many special friends in the Park Ridge Auxiliary at Unity Health and Calvary Chapel Westside.
Eleanor's family would like to express their appreciation to the Living Center at Unity Health for the loving care they provided for her.
Family and friends may call from on Saturday, September 21st from 1-2:30 PM at Calvary Chapel, 2407 S. Union St., Spencerport, New York 14559 where her Memorial Service will be celebrated at 2:30 PM. Private interment.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your favorite animal rescue group or to the Unity Health Foundation.
