Betty also leaves many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Betty had a deep love and passion for baking. As a result, she and her husband Ben opened their own bakery back in the 60's called Benedict's Pastry Shoppe. They had a loyal following of customers and people loved their donuts, especially their kuchens. Betty created many exquisite wedding cakes and was considered one of Rochester's top cake decorators back in the 60's.

Ben and Betty eventually hung their baking mitts up and retired from their shop, but they couldn't stay away from the job they loved so much. Inevitably, they went back to work at various local shops, including Star Markets, Sibley's, Quality Bakery, and Gruttadauria's to name a few. Betty loved her family and loved cooking also. Her nieces and nephews loved when Aunt Betty made her chicken casserole and her cutlets for the sauce, and her tender pizzelles. And she was ALWAYS up for a party, even to the very end. We love you mom! Thanks for everything!!!
