Ella E. Cornish
Rochester: Passed away on Tuesday January 13th 2015 at age 86. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Clarence; faithful companion, Duke; brothers & sisters, Bud, Herb, Emma, Bertha & Anna; son-in-law, John Schwartz. Survived by her children, Carol Schwartz, Diane (Peter) Burke, Betsy (Fran) Chailfoux, Inie, Fran, Ella, Helen, Mark, Joe (Eric Clute) Cornish; brother, George Pero; 8 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces & nephews.
A special Thank You to Tom Cornish for his love and support during this difficult time.
Visitation Hours will be held on Friday, January 16th from 4-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. (Corner of Empire & Culver). Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 AM on Saturday at the Peace of Christ Parish at St. John the Evangelist, 553 Humboldt St. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please consider contributions to the family to help with final expenses.
