Predeceased by parents, Herbert and Louise Wescott, husband, Leon Eddy, sisters, Stella Foster, Olive Quackenbush, Enid Lambert, Lillian Dugas, brother, George Wescott, Sr. She is survived by her sons, Paul (Barbara) and Lee Eddy; grandsons, Sean and Jason; many nieces and nephews. Elsie enjoyed volunteering with the Salvation Army.
Family will receive friends Sunday 5-9 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where a Funeral Service will be held Monday 10 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
